A series of new newsreels in the classic style are being produced for the Sun Theatre in Yarraville as pre show entertainment, featuring history of the Sun and stories of interest. Playing at the cinema on selected features now.

Yangtze Damned
A journey down the three gorges region of the Yangtze River, looking at the effect the dam will have on the lives of 1.2 million people that are to be relocated.

Wild Colonial Boy
This doco follows Nick Moloney's preparation and race across the Atlantic in the extreme single handed Mini-Transat Race. What started as a "glory piece" turns into a gritty survival adventure when seemingly eveything goes wrong. Directed by Leonie Dickeson.
